In the Swim City Library you find lots of quality articles about swimming psychology, coaching, injuries, technique and more, all written by coaches, sport scientists and swimmers. The number of articles in the already stuffed library is still increasing, so visit it once in a while to read the newest articles.

In our Media Centre you find some audio and video material about swimming. During the 2002 Australian Nationals, the website of Australian Swimming had some interesting audio. Besides interviews with the top swimmers, there were also a few interviews about 'Getting to know swimming'. We also have several swimming videos of the former Swimfaster website.

Coaches and swimmers are always looking for ways to test and measure how they are going in training. Swim test sets are one method of analysing the progress of swimming training and to gather vital information to ensure your training program is helping you achieve your goals. Spend as much time training your brain as you do your body! The Sports Psychology department at USA Swimming has put together a Mental Toolbox to help you achieve your swimming goals. Included in the toolbox are lessons, self-tests, and more. For example, the section on goal setting asks you to write out, "What were this weeks goals?".
